At Flojos Sandals, we want you to love every step you take; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn sandals within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Sandals

  Place the unworn sandals in their original packaging and ensure all tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
